Wood PLA is a composite PLA-based 3D printer filament that contains 40% recycled wood fibers and 60% recycled PLA. It is a specifically developed, one-of-a-kind blend. Wood PLA filament offers a realistic wood color, polish, and even fragrance, as its name suggests.

Wood PLA prints well and warps very little. We do advise using a nozzle size of less than 0.5 mm for 3D printing.It is also feasible to post-process Wood PLA 3D printing by sanding, varnishing, and coating.

When compared to pure PLA polymer, the benefits of incorporating wood into PLA include improved biodegradability, high rigidity, and low density.
