A high temperature printing polymer is PEI 9085 Filament. It has good flame, smoke, and toxicity (FST) properties and is a very strong thermoplastic. ULTEMTM Filament, which may be used in production aerospace applications, introduces us to a new world of components.
Amorphous ultra-performance PEI (Polyether Imide) 9085 resin is used to create PEI 9085 for 3D printing. High performance 3D printing filament PEI 9085 combines great thermal qualities, exceptional dimensional stability, intrinsic flame retardancy, and good chemical resistance. The glass transition temperature of PEI 9085 is 186°C.
Applications
